Panda Chinese Cross-Cultural orientation programs for traveling individuals are based on the philosophy that such programs should provide practical assistance for successful adjustment to the challenges of working in a foreign environment. The program design and information content of our cultural orientation programs provides participants with the skills necessary to make the personal adjustments to work successfully in the unique environment of the new country. Programs are not only content-oriented, but also behaviorally-oriented. It is our belief that providing facts is not enough. People need to acquire real skills that they can apply on-site to help them in their adjustments.
