| The frequency of group class is twice a week. The schedule is fixed as follow.

- The time table will be listed out before the group course start and can not be changed during the course.

- Panda Chinese promise that the requested schedule of the group will be started in 10 days after you reserve the seat whatever the student is enough or not.
|
- No cancellation and suspending can be accepted except the public holiday and some important festival.
|
- The teaching place is in our center. Please reserve the seat one weeks in advance.

- “One to one, one to two, one to three” means one teacher teach one, two and three students at same time.
|
- “With the expiry date” means according to the frequency of the classes taken, students need finish a course within a certain number of weeks after the start date. Students that fail to complete their course before the expiry date will forfeit their remaining classes, no refunds will be available. The details as follow:

- “ No expiry date” means students can cancel and suspend their course whenever as their needs.

- The time-table and frequency should be confirmed before the course start. The timetable and frequency can be changed during the course after get the approval from Panda Chinese.

- The teaching time of the private tutor is from 8:00-21:00. The additional tuition of RMB 30/hour will be charged if you take the lesson before 8:00 or after 21:00.
|
- The teaching places can be settled in your home, your office or in our classrooms.
|
- No transportation fee will be charged except suburb.
|
- The book fees need to be extra changed.
